Just pack 2 empty canisters into the refill box, and when USPS scans the pre-paid label, we'll send 2 full canisters to your doorstep for only $41.98 (shipping included).   • Unscrew the empty CO2 cylinder from the soda maker.
  • Order a new one and return the empty CO2 cylinder to the selected dealer.
  • Screw the new CO2 cylinder back into the device.

How does the refill process work?

  • STEP ONE:

    Box up 2 empty cylinders

  • STEP TWO:

    Attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

  • STEP THREE:

    Mail the box with your letter carrier or drop off at your neighborhood post office.

  • STEP FOUR:

    Philips will ship 2 full cylinders back to you

Extremely poor customer service! Refill was supposed to arrive within 2 days and it took 17 days to arrive. Zero comunication via text or email and no explanation or apology for extreme delay.
